Q. Do you offer a free consultation?
A. Yes. We offer a free 20 minute consulation, if scheduled by appointment, for those persons who have watched our free educational CD prior to seeing the doctor.
Q. How long does it take for a New Patient Examination?
A. It can take up to three hours. There are three levels for a New Patient Examination.
1. A thorough structural exam & consulation. This helps discover the possible underlying cause(s). (One hour)
2. A Nutritional deficiency, emotional stress, toxicity, electrical pollution, allergies & sensitivity examination. This is to see what else is contributing to your unwanted health condition. (One hour)
3. A Report and Recommendation: A sit down review to cover what was found, if we can help and how much it will cost.
You may choose to receive all three examinations in the same day, providing it is worked into our schedule in advance.
Q. Does my insurance cover these treatments?
A. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards. Since many of our procedures may be considered as Wellness Care by your insurance carrier, we cannot guarantee that any or all of the services will be coverd by your insurance. However, many of our patients do have some insurance coverage for the structure portion of their care.
Q. What if I just want to get a Chiropractic Adjustment?
A. Yes, you can get a structural adjustment only.
Q. Can I get a standing appointment?
A. Yes, for those patients that pre-pay for their appointments, you may reserve your favorite time slot for as many dates that you choose.
Q. Do you charge for a nutrition evaluation?
A. If time permits, we will check any of the nutrients that we prescrive for you at no extra charge. Other nutrients, or foods, etc. . . may be tested as part of your scheduled office visit. So be sure to schedule yourself a long enough appointment to handle your questions and testing.
Q. What happens if I miss an Wellness appointment or don't call to cancel within 12 hours?
A. You will pay 50% of your pre-payment for the visit.
